Micro wax cubes are the easy way to add micro wax to your formula! Pre-measured and made of pure micro wax 175, these cubes are excellent as an additive for candlemaking. They will add rigidity to tapers, help wax adhere to the walls of the container candles, and reduce or eliminate mottling in pillars (without adding opacity). Recommended usage is 1-2 cubes per pound of wax. The average chunk weighs 6 grams; 1 chunk per lb. of wax equals about 1.3%. Due to its high melt point and pliability, pure microcrystaline also makes a good sculpting wax for art projects and lost wax processes. Sold by weight; each 1/4 lb. bag contains approximately 18 cubes. Micro wax 175 is also available in 10 lb. blocks.
