Originally designed for beeswax candles so that the mold can be peeled away from the sticky wax, rubber molds are also excellent for paraffin. This particular mold has a delicate tip, so adding about 2-4% (2-4 teaspoons per lb. of wax) micro wax 175 or beeswax is recommended to make the candle more pliable and prevent breakage. Set includes one-piece rubber mold, 2 rubber bands, wick pin, and instructions. Molds are pre-split for easy removal. Finished candle dimensions: 3.25" diameter x 6" tall. Holds approximately 0.5 lb. of wax. Do not use mold spray, mold cleaner, excessive scent, or other such chemicals in a rubber mold. These substances can chemically "attack" and ruin the mold. Use hot water and soap to clean them.
